@_akhaliq tweet 2082503152104833072 (content not retrievable at filing time)
Patrick shared a link to an @_akhaliq (AK) tweet in #research-external. The tweet content could not be retrieved at filing time (X’s login wall blocks unauthenticated fetches, and web search did not surface an unrolled version). AK’s account is a daily-papers firehose for the HuggingFace papers feed, so this pointer likely referenced a specific arxiv paper — but which one is not recoverable from the tweet URL alone. If the linked paper is later identified, this page should be superseded and a pointer added to the correct arxiv-keyed paper page (per BUD.md §3).
Key claims
Section titled “Key claims”- Tweet is by @_akhaliq (AK), a prolific poster of daily HuggingFace paper submissions [tweet metadata].
- Underlying artifact (paper/repo the tweet pointed at) is unknown at filing time [X login wall blocked content retrieval].
Method
Section titled “Method”Not applicable — this is a pointer page for an unretrievable tweet. See
similar precedent in [[tweet-iscienceluvr-2026-07-27]] and
[[tweet-lightorigins-2026-07-25]].
Results
Section titled “Results”None.
Why it’s interesting
Section titled “Why it’s interesting”@_akhaliq tweets are how many HuggingFace daily-papers submissions reach
research Twitter, so the underlying artifact this pointer refers to is
plausibly an arxiv paper worth filing on its own. If it later becomes
identifiable (e.g. someone recognises the tweet from a screenshot or
quote-RT), the correct move is to file the paper under its arxiv id and
append this Slack pointer there — this tweet page then becomes redundant
and can be retired. This mirrors how [[tweet-iscienceluvr-2026-07-27]]
was handled.
